Global design brand Adidas has its flagship Originals store in the heart of Berlin. It has been a pillar of the rapidly growing trainers scene in Germany for over twenty years. In August 2022 the company decided to throw a massive end-of-summer party for over 700 exclusively invited friends and ambassadors of the famous brand. ‘Made Originals Berlin’ was a mini-city of pop-up stores in a secret location developed in collaboration with some of the city’s most iconic people and places. This unique event had everything from a swimming pool to beauty salons and vintage flea market all accompanied by performances from some of the country’s biggest artists and DJs.
Glow Inflatables worked with The Midnight Club to create an inflatable canopy for one of the market stalls, numerous Adidas logo floaties and a giant flying Adidas symbol to help transform the surprise location as well as to draw attention to the famous brand. Our striking custom inflatables successfully enhanced the eclectic gathering, functioning as a commemoration of Adidas’s emblematic history as well as a glimpse into the brand’s future.
The company tag line was “The past remixed. The Future created. Define our new age of originality”. This event, with the help of the team at Glow Inflatables, certainly put the iconic Adidas Originals brand back on the map.
